Set up and break down of Newhall Nest events are included in the rental hours. For the full day option, we require an 8-hour booking. A full-day booking offers enough time for set up and break down, while still having plenty of time to enjoy the event.
Vendors:
Lastly, a full-day booking is also advantageous for vendors catering your event as they will have enough time to prep without the need to feel rushed.
The last thing we want is for our clients to be stressed during their event prep because it took them or their caterers longer than expected to get ready. Having hosted countless events at this point, we have found the proper prep for a curated event ranges from 2-3 hours for a light setup to 4+ hours if more décor and rentals are involved.
